System doesn't fully shut down

Hello. I just hackintosh my PC to run Lion 10.7. It's fully functioning but the only problem I'm having is the shutting down. Every time I hit shut down, the monitor goes black (as if the whole computer is shut down) but the whole tower itself is still on, fans are still running, lights are on. Is there a way to fix this?
