Something with
Kernel Extensions in backtrace
com.apple.driver.ApplerIntelCPUPowerManagement

Any ideas?

Tried these

1. boot the system to the boot loader
2. press the down arrow to stop the boot process
3. type "-v -s" without quotes and press enter
4. when the system brings you to a console type: "mount -uw /" and press enter
5. then type: "rm -rf /Extra/Extensions/IntelCPUMonitor.kext" and press enter
6. then type: "reboot" and press enter
7. boot the computer as the directions below state

- select you language. I selected English
- click ‘continue’ at the welcome message
- click Agree when asked

At the ‘select destination screen’ go to the Utilities menu and select Terminal.
When the terminal window opens type:
cd /Volumes/HardDisk/System/Library/Extensions
rm -rf AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext

Also last issue I had was this fix:
http://legacy.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=85&t=61081

I believe my issue is because i never check on multibeast that I had overclocking done. Its supposed to be at 3.2 but its set to 4.6

Could this be the issue?

Installing while OC'd is a great idea... There's others using that board, the search box is top right.

Thanks for the reply even though it was useless, I have searched I haven't found much but lion installs. Haven't seen anyone with the P9x79 Deluxe + 3930k combo tho, and yes I said Deluxe not Pro...

PCIRootUID=0
GraphicsEnabler=No

fixed the issue, now stuck at [ PCI configuration begin ]

Sounds like a loop hole
:beachball:

EDIT
looks like an easy fix, seems i missed the npci=0x3000 in multibeast
