Hey guys,

I have a Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 mobo using an i5-2500K with on board HD3000 video.

When using system definition MacPro 3,1 audio works great (no 'pops' when increasing/decreasing volume, starting to play music) but AirPlay crashes. When changing to MacMini 5,1, AIRPLAY works fantastic, but I hear a 'pop' when increasing/decreasing volume or starting to play music.

Audio is power by ALC889 which is the one I loaded from the lastest release of Multibeast. Can someone help me get clean audio sound AND AirPlay working flawlessly?

Many thanks!

Not possible; use which ever is less unpleasant.

Ohhhh...okay then. Thanks!

You may try AntiPop.It's not the ideal solution, but it avoids the "popping" and lets you use the MacMini or iMac definition.
