Swapped CPU on GA-Z97X-UD3H and sleep stopped working

Recently RMA'ed i7 4790K and installed brand new one from Intel. Now I noticed sleep stopped working. Only the monitor falls asleep and wakes, system fans still running.
Running 10.11.3 and Clover.
Any ideas how to get sleep back?

Did you use the SSDT script to generate the file with the previous CPU? If so, maybe you can try creating a new SSDT file and see if that resolves the issue.
