Supermicro X9DRW-IF, Xeon E5-2696 v2x2 build how could I optimise CPU power management (Turbo speed not working)

Have just install Mojave on Supermicro X9DRW-IF+Xeon E5-2696 v2x2+Radeon 550 RX Lexa build (this last one was a headache). Almost everything seems to work (including iMessage) with the exception of CPU turbo frequencies. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you

you need to activate it. use the kext CPUFriend https://github.com/acidanthera/CPUFriend create the powermanagment kext with a script. one-key-cpufriend or you can use other scripts too

in bios all activated?

Mojave? I have installed Monterey on my Asus Z9PU-D8 2x Xeon E5-2667 v2
Why dont you try something new at least catalina?
