Success!
  1. Replaced "GTX 750ti CPU" for an "MSI RX 560 CPU". Works natively with Lilu and WhatEvergreen in L/E.
  2. Downloaded 10.14.0 from the App Store.
  3. Cloned boot disk with CCC.
  4. Updated cloned bootdisk to Mojave.
  5. On final reboot there where no drives visible in Clover.
  6. Booted back in original 10.13.6 disk.
  7. Downloaded latest Clover and installed APFS etc. on Mojave disk.
  8. Reboot in the Mojave disk to finalize the installation.
  9. Everything works!
  10. Update: installed NoVPAJpeg.kext for the Quicklook jpeg preview issue.

I only have Lilu.kext and NoVPAJpeg.kext in L/E with same video card.

Question: Do I need WhatEvergreen? The system seems to be working fine except that on the System report the AMD card is listed in PCie x8 slot even though it is plugged into x16 slot. Is this cosmetic or am I loosing some functionality?

WEG does some other things for NVIDIA too, please check:
https://github.com/acidanthera/WhateverGreen

On the other hand try it with and without it. Place it in the EFI-Folder /kexts/others and use -wegoff in boot to disable it. My suggestion try benchmark with WEG disabled and enabled. Afaik there are no downside from using WEG.

I see no difference in Geekbench 4.3.0 which reports the name score on OpenCL and CPU. On Cinebench R15, I see higher frame rate without WEG (93 vs. 66). I assume I was to put -wegoff in the Custom Flags field in the Boot section of Clover Configurator and reboot.
