Hello sorry if I answer you only now, I have prepared the efi folder as per Tonymac86 post by integrating part of OpenCore it already worked well with Catalina, I did nothing but update to BigSur from the Apple store

So which kext are required to update? assuming standard ones, but thought I would ask since you already have this working. WhateverGreen, AppleALC and Lilu?

Same here. Dell Precision Tower 3620 (Skylake) worked flawless with Clover. OpenCore does not let a single USB port work no matter what quirks / kext I use. With Clover I could boot on 2.0
