Finally after alot of trial and error :banghead: I have a fully working Hackintosh. Hardware specs: i3 2100, Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3, Sapphire Radeon HD 5670, 8 GB G-Skill Ripjaws X DDRIII 1300, Seagate 500 GB Sata II, Generic FW-400 PCI Card, Cooler Master Hyper 101i CPU Cooler, Cooler Master Elite 360 Case, LG DVD-RW Drive. Fully working OS X 10.6.7 with some kexts from the 10.6.7 iMac update to get the SATA properly recognized. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Hey I have that motherboard too! What method did you use to get Mac OS X to boot without iBoot? Because I had to apply some ridiculous workarounds to get my Hackintosh to work right. :banghead:

I pretty well did everything you did in your tutorial but when I tried to copy the kernel from the iBoot image to my hard drive it would not copy. I used some of what you said with some of tonymac said in his tutorial. I have to go back over my steps to figure out exactly what I did but I will get back to you.

Ok here is what I did in a nutshell.

Installed OSX 10.6.7.
Used the DSDT for my board.
Extracted the Mach Kernel and smbios.plist fron the iDisk image.
installed Chimera 1.5.4
Installed driver kexts
deleted org.chameleon.Boot.plist (32bit one)
replaced it with org.chameleon.Boot.plist (64bit one)
used the native drivers that are supplied with OSX 10.6.7 update
extracted the appleAHCIport.kext fron the 10.6.7 iMac update so the intel 6 series AHCI drivers are now working and the SATA ports are not showing unknown

OS X 10.7 Success. It was easier then installing 10.6.7 :headbang:
