I paired it with a Logitech C270 Webcam to get the FaceTime & Siri activated.

Hello,
Nice work !

Here are some thoughts ...

1) On its site, related to PRO H510M-B, MSI states :

2) Your CPU is i5-10400F ( 10th gen) but does NOT have iGPU.

3) your dGPU is Radeon RX 570 GAMING 8G

So, your system could be seen as "Comet Lake iMac20,1 minus iGPU" :) rather than "Kaby Lake iMac18,3".

May be you can try some other SMBIOSes and see how it feels ( create a bootable USB and test )

Example : iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 (both use only dGPU )

Any other thoughts ?

Cheers :)

Hmmmm... I need some reasons for do it. What can be improved when system definition changed?
We all know a thing : if it is working and like it, do not change ...

But SMBIOS iMac18,3 will limit you to Ventura ( that's a good think if you do not want to be bothered with ...
Sonoma updates ).

A SMBIOS iMac20,1 is more appropriate to your hardware (still you have no iGPU), but (in the near future) it will allow you to go Sonoma way ...

If you want/need to test/use Sonoma you will need a change ...

But the main point is not to change (a well working system), but to test, to be prepared for Sonoma and possibly macOS 15.

============
The way I test : physically remove the working storage, insert a spare storage, prepare a new EFI ( OpenCore, Kexts, new macOS, etc) and test/break/re-do without fear ....
