[Success] Updated from Catalina using OpenCore 0.6.3 to Big Sur

Finally updated from Catalina using Open Core 0.6.3 (migrated from Clover).
Installation was successful only after turning off the "-v" in config.plist's boot options. When enabled it was cause of cycle reboot after couple of minutes.
