BEFORE YOU BEGIN, CREATE AN EFI BOOT pendriver, TO HAVE AN EFI BOOT RUN ON CATALINA. INSIDE THIS USBDRIVER, YOU PUT YOUR EFI BOOT FOLDER IN THE EFI PARTITION to pendriver and test boot. if everything is ok, proceed

create usb pendriver bootable uefi

start catalina and change efi folder with my configuration and file.
there are 2 efi folder, efi1 for update Catalina 10.15.7 to big Sur

you have installed bios modificad ?

how connect your nvme ? you use adpter nvme pciexpress ?

install bios modified use perndriver and afudos . use my guide for create pendriver

how mod bios asus z97 for asus deluxe use this driver nramsmiok

link guide to mod bios

I modified your bios file, but if you want to do it, I will send you the link to do it yourself. use the driver nramsmiok that I gave you those dell asus z97 deluxe do not work.

for install bios use afudos and pendriver

now clone you system in SSD samsung evo 870 use (carbonclone or superdump) and disconnet nvme card and haddriver and pci tunderbirth.

after installation on the ssd and verified that everything works, clone everything again on the samsung evo 970 Nvme

for updating the bios, I take no responsibility. in case of block it takes an eeprom programmer to reinstall the bios or if it is not corrupt just insert a pen with the original bios in the appropriate USB port. and when the pc starts the update starts.

the file Nvramsmiok is the driver to replace in your bios. this driver work for asus z97 deluxe. in uefi tools use this file to replace body in bios and save bios in rom extension. after open mmtool and load bios.rom and search mvram line . click extrac , now in mmtool open original bios .cap and load extrac file select line to nvram ad click replace , now save image as . bios2.rom ok now upgrade bios to afudos. if you not upgrade bios big sur not update. or is the nvram driver is not work the problem does not change. until in my card, I did not find the right driver I always had the same restart problem. what i sent you is the driver that works on mine and yours.

Hi! Your bios modded perfectly worked in my motherboard.:headbang:
I tried to upgrade but it was unsuccessful. I disconnected the bluetooth and wifi pciex peripherals and connected only one monitor. During the load it goes into kernel panik as usual and reboots.
In your opinion, is it possible to perform a clean installation on big sur ssd now that I have also modified the bios?

do not add more kext as it goes into kernel panic. use my kext and in the bios you have configure bios after update bios . in the boot verbose mode, writes "device is write locked" ? remove the samsung 970 evo disk. install on ssd, unplug all sata devices, leave only sata ssd disk . if it is written "device is write locked", the NvramSMI driver has not been placed correctly in the bios.

inte virtual virtualization tecnology - enable
boot perfomance - Max non turbo perfomance
boot - UEFI for fist
Disable Secure Boot
secure boot - other-os
vd-t - disable
Disable
CFG Lock
Smart auto XHCI Hand-off.
Advanced the PCH Storage:
sata mode selection - ahci
aggressive LPM support - disable
smart statu - enable
fastboot Disable
multidispaly disable

post screen to kernelpanic .

does the time appear in the update scroll bar?

you have DSDT.aml i'm use rx580 if you use my dsdt is possible kernel panic, create your DSDT.aml
