So it took me a few days having to work and all that but officially it is working nicely.
following the guides on this website and fixing my clover revision helped install my hackintosh.

I battled getting my gpu vram but I fixed this with clover and the boot config.plist
my cpu also was stuttering in game. this was due to the boot flag cpu=1 which i removed
and its working great. thanks for the support from moderators

I installed 10.12.3 using multibeast and clover then did a normal update via App Store to 10.12.4
cpu, motherboard, memory, lan, sound, gpu and web driver all working great. 10/10

I followed the guide from this website,
the only thing that I really battled with was the GPU memory which was showing up as 0 MB which was due to injecting Nvidia in the config.plist
