Clean install using Unibeast Mountain Lion Boot. Only took me 12 installs to realize I was overcomplicating the process. Boot off the USB use PCIRootUID=0 to get to the install screen. Install like normal. Reboot with USB and boot your new lion partition with PCIRootUID=0 again. Once booted, get multibeast and install EasyBeast & Realtek Gigabit Ethernet driver. That's it.

MSI P67A-G43
16GB RAM
i7-2700k
Nvidia 260GTX
1TB HDD
