This was my first bare metal build. I wanted to make a Mac Pro running Mojave 10.14.6 so I built something as close as I could.

First, I tried UniBeast. It wouldn't boot to the installer without bootflag npci=0x3000
I got through the install and two reboots on the resulting HDD using the bootflag addition. When it came time to boot to macOS I got a garbled screen with the white circle slashed out. A this point I started messing around with Clover Configurator which I used to install Clover v2.5 r5058 on my USB installer. This blew away the UniBeast configuration, forcing me to build the clover config myself. I started following this thread https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...c-pro-successful-build-extended-guide.229353/

I found enough information to make a working system. I tried using MultiBeast, and it failed to create a working post build. In the end I learned it's better to just do it yourself. I wasted a lot of time trying to use UniBeast and MultiBeast. They are great tools, and there is a lot of potential here. I really want a regular install process, like Linux or Windows. macOS just isn't there yet.
All told, it took me 3 days to teach myself how to do this.

Do you mind to post your EFI? Having almost the same config and it would ease the start...

Having done all this only to learn that this process will soon be obsolete I strongly recommend you follow the OpenCore path instead. Skip Unibeast, skip clover, all that stuff is yesterday. Today, just follow this Opencore-Vanilla-Desktop-Guide:

can u please upload your EFI folder
thx

@krliang The new OpenCore guide is found here:

This is the future of Hackintosh and it's easier than the Clover method. There is no reason to get in to the old style at this point because you are going to have to switch to OpenCore anyways. Just read the guide and you won't need to ask for any more help.
