Success i guess, with i7-8700K, But is iMac18,3 worth it/needed?

Hi guys

I just did two identical hacks for work. High Sierra was the easiest install i've ever had.
After using multibeast everything worked right away. Audio(install on second boot), USB2&3&C and even Messages.
Only hiccup is that iMac14,2 was suggested by Multibeast, so i chose that, and now when i try to change it to 18,3 it
hangs on the apple logo during startup... any ideas? is it even worth to bother?
System ist stable at 4.9GHz with Geekbench scores over 30k...
Z370 HD3P, i7-8700K, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
I attached a shot of verbose mode when system stops with 18,3 Gpu is currently not installed but that made no difference.

No one an idea? Or even just an opinion?
Btw. i‘m super happy with those umx4 cases. Closest thing to „apple design“ i‘ve found yet.
