I'm reporting a very successful build with the cheapest micro-atx h270 board (Asrock H270M Pro4). It's my first build and all is working without major problems. My method:
Settings in BIOS:
disabled VT-d, CFG-Lock, Secure boot
Installation:
I made a USB stick with Sierra 10.12.6 installer using Unibeast on a real mac, used the USB 2.0 port (black) for booting otherwise it doesn't work.
Multibeast:
Selected: UEFI boot mode, Audio: VoodooHDA 2.8.9 (3.x not working), Network: Intel MausiEthernet 2.3.0, USB: Increase port limits 200 series, Bootloaders: Clover 2.4 etc.. with emulated nvram
Customize (for Intel HD630):
Selected: Intel HD6xx and Intel graphics fixup
Customize (for nVidia GTX 750ti 2GB - EVGA):
Selected: nVidia Graphics fixup, nVidia web drivers boot flag (then, after reboot, installed web drivers and cuda)
For System Definitions I used the MacPro 5,1
All working, exept for HDMI Audio output on Intel HD630, but it works well with the nVidia card.
Installed on a SanDisk M.2 AHCI/SATA 256GB, all is quite fast, 13600 on geekbench 4 multicore, and 28500 on OpenCL compute bench.
CPU throttling is working and it reads correctly temperatures with the Intel utility.
Very very stable, I use it at work and seen up to a month of uptime, I never seen a crash.
