Did you just follow the regular tutorials or did you do something different? and your running 10.7 correct? I'm hoping to do a similar build except with a 2500k and a gtx570

I used pendrive method for Lion installation, then just copied files to the HD, and install bootloader.
I´m using chameleon RC5 r974

Only used FakeSMC and IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector in /Extra folder.

Use MB for sound, Ethernet and USB3.0.
(ALC9xxHDA + Apple HDA Rollback, Realtek Gigabit Ethernet 2.0.6, lacie USB3.0)

I think this is a great MoBo. I love it.

Muy chulo te esta quedando Ed_sadman es una pasada. Oye aprovecho para hacer una pregunta que no consigo instalar el lion con un procesador q9550,es posible? es que creo que no se puede instalar en los core 2 quad y llevo mogollon de dias intentando de todo,pero sigo igual.

Still is an unfinished mod, but I´ll keep working on it.

The Nvidia 260 GTX GPU is too large so cant put the HD cage upper in the case.
Maybe I´ll consider buy an AMD 6870, that is noticeably shorter.

BTW, still don´t have SSD, but the HD cage supports two 2,5" units at the sides:

I have the same motherboard and CPU. I have Lion 7.1 working, but I am having trouble getting speedstep and sleep to work. Can you please let me know how you get those to work?
