As I already guessed I must have messed up during install with the language/location/keyboard settings. I did not manage to fix this so I just did a complete clean install. Now everything is working as expected. I´ve also checked imessage and facetime. No problem, all is working fine
I am happy now to have my first Hackintosh up and running. Thanks again for your support!

Great, happy that you’re up and running. When chance permits do and keep a full back up of the system.

Thats what I am going to do now. Full backup of the system and a image copy of the installer stick.

Update: I´ve updated to macOS 10.15.3. It works without any issues.
