Finally got it working with the help of praj.
I did my install without my Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850 OC installed, and used onboard integrated graphics.
1. Downloaded Mtn. Lion from the App Store
2. Created Unibeast
3. Enabled show all files through terminal, and went to S/L/E, removed Ati6000Controller.kext and made a backup.
4. Rebooted into Unibeast, with flags "PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=No" (Thanks praj)
5. Put the ATI6000Controller.kext on desktop, installed with KextBeast
6. Ran multibeast.
7. Shut down, and installed my gfx card.
8. Booted up with dual displays (Although, my monitor that runs through the displayport initially shows up with a **** ton of artifacts, but i just unplug it and replug and it works fine...but i have to do it after every restart, suggestions anyone?)
Working: Network, Audio, Graphics, iCloud, App Store...pretty much all the essentials.
Not working: USB 3.0, LG Blu-Ray Drive
System: GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 Rev 1.0 F13, i5-2500k, Radeon HD 6850 OC, Crucial M4 128gb (w/ trim)
Hope this helps others.
