It's an easy fix (I found it worked for me). When booting from the USB hit F12 then select the USB option that isn't UFI. I think it's called Single Flash Reader.
 
I've booted in safe mode and am continuously being prompted to re-install OSX. Does anyone have any suggestions on boot loaders to figure out how to start my machine?
 
can you take a screen shot of what that looks like in the bios?
