Does anyone know the instruction for installing this and EFI file?

The author of this hasn't signed in for well over a year now. Best to look for other threads here that discuss the method for a 3040M hackintosh.

This is for the 3040 SFF https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...dell-optiplex-3040-sff-mojave-10-14-5.273110/ but much of it applies to the 3040M. There will be differences in some parts of the EFI folder. Changes specific to the M version you have to make your self.
