SUCCESS! dell latitude e7250 HS install. no wifi

so I was able to boot the usb installer and the hdd on my dell latitude 7250 laptop. the only thing I can't get working is wifi! I have a dell 1560 bcm94532z installed and still no wifi. only ethernet . how can I get get wifi working?
