The i3-8100 has no turboboost like the i5 or i7 CPUs.

Oups :p I was thinking, it's not possible, then.... I checked.... and that's true :p

I want to get this exact same setup. Can you post your process of installation? I've had luck with the gigabyte's but not the Asus before. I have a 270F that I still can't get to work.

Hi there

Would it be possible for you to post model number on the ram you used for the build. I'm about to build myself, and would like to copy working samples.

Cheers and thanks in advance.

Christian

So can we say that the Gygabyte Z370 HD3P is ok for overclocking? Because i have in mind to get it too, according to it's quality-price ratio, but it scares me a little bit what Lokus tells about freezings... (i pretend the i5 8600k too).

16 GB, 3 000 MHz Memory
Samsung 960 Pro 1 TB SSD, NVMe, M.2 (APFS)
