DSDT: differentiated system description table. Search for "dsdt dump how to"
If you have Windows installed in that machine is very easy.

It was a pain, this was the best I could do I used Mac ASL to get the DSDT but it refused to be saved, I copied it and saved using text edit in plain format.

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]
The document “System DSDT” could not be saved as “System DSDT”.

The compiler returned one or more errors.

Make a Big Sur installer. In the EFI partition put the attached EFI folder.
Boot from that USB installer. When you get to picker, shutdown your PC.
Connect that USB to a PC that has macOS installed. Mount the EFI partition from that USB and you will find a folder called "SysReport". Go in /Volumes/EFI/SysReport/ACPI, and you will find several files including "DSDT.aml".

Double check your BIOS settings, all SSDTs are fine. I checked with DSDT.aml and everything is OK!
To my EFI from OP only add agdpmod=pikera boot flag.

Try this: 210107171213.jpg

Don't forget to reset nvram.
