Succesfull install on p5wdh deluxe

Hi to everyone....after a great lion 10.7.3 installation,(only wifi is not working),i want to change the videocards,and put a 470 gtx.In multibeast i see the support for 4xx and 5xx nvidia,so i have first to install the videocard and then install the drivers or not?First the drivers from multibeast?

Install the drivers first. Repair permissions, then shutdown and install the GPU. Boot with -v -f
