Hi all,

I have a problem with crackling audio on my studio build (clover El Capitan) and I think its due to USB 3.0 not working properly. I would appreciate your help so I can get all working so I can continue work!

My setup is:

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - OEM
Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (BLS2CP8G3D1609DS1S00CEU)
Corsair RM Series RM 650 '80+ Gold' 650W Power Supply (CP-9020054-UK)

Here is the USB device tree which only has 1x USB 3.0 but everything I connect to is USB 2.0 on the back and front. No idea where the USB 3.0 hub it! Internal? I really need my mobo to be USB 3.0 on all rear ports so I can use the full bandwidth for my audio card (Antelope Audio Orion 32).

I read somewhere that my hackintosh needs to be setup as 3,1? I presume Mac Pro (Early 2008) is wrong from a 2013 build?

Thanks for you help in advance!

Any ideas guys? Ive just tried the extra options in the latest Multibeast El Capitan build but no joy. Do I need to clear cache or anything? Do I need to uninstall other USB kexts to get this working?

Also just installed the GenericUSBXHCI.kext and set DSDT to iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) to match my board and Haswell chipset.. still no change :(
