Hi all. Not sure if I should create a seperate thread or post here but nearly two years ago we built the build: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/family-first-time-build-project.147575/

Now having not updated the computer for ages I went to update to the newest version. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the need to switch to clover. So I now find the computer not able to boot when updated to El Capitan.

Anyway I thought I'd try to start again and created an install USB as per the instructions. Unfortunately it gets stuck on the apple logo when running it. See attached screenshot for the error. I'd appreciate advice as to what I should do in this situation. I've been trying to follow the various suggestions for what to do when having problems with installation but haven't got anywhere.

Would really appreciate the help so thank you in advance.

You should create a new thread - You should also disable the Serial port (SuperIO) in your BIOS settings.
