Stuck on Magic Mouse/Trackpad screen High sierra install

Help! I can't get past this screen where it wants me to turn on a magic mouse or trackpad. I have tried plugging in a wired mouse and no ports USB (2 or 3) recognise. I have a Fenvi FV-T919 wifi/BT card where the BT is connected via usb. i have tried adding the USBinjectall kext to my clover folder but no change.
Anything else I can try?

May require XHCI-200-series-injector.kext in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ .
May need PMHeart’s patch to remove XHCI USB Port Limit in config.plist.

Assuming that I copied and pasted the code correctly into my config.plist file and that it was just the one kext in the downloaded folder that I needed to put in the kext folder sadly that didn't work. Thanks very much for your suggestion and I'll keep at it!

Have tried just about every kext, every patch but can't get USB to load for install. PS/2 mouse not working either. Nearly got to to install using PS/2 keyboard but can't get past this screen using keyboard controls. Does anyone know what I have to press to get through this?
