stuck on boot

Hello everyone, i'm stuck on boot during loading the installer. I had a mojave full working during many time, but since a few weeks my system wasn't able to reboot. I decided to restart from the begining with mojave but didn't succed. Now i've decided to restart with high sierra but i have the same problem during the boot. Can you help me with this situation?

you need to disable your serial port in your bios

i tried to disable serial port but still stuck in this : difference is that is rebooting automatically now...
