Stuck on Apple logo Z390 HD3

My Z390 HD3P failed and I only found a Z390HD3 in replacement.
Unfortunaly, it cant boot either with the MAC OS MOJAVE SSD, either with the USB Mojave install : the progress bar stucked at 100% with the Apple logo.
I have tried diffrent BIOS configurationwithout success.

Hi, similar problem here. Catalina boot - it says

and he reboots immediatly... I think that could be something in our config.plist like some usb fixes, I am trying different configs but without success =/

Hi all, suffering from a similar issue on new build. Were you able to fix it?
