Stuck on Apple Logo screen!

Hey guys, I installed Mavericks onto my SSD and it work with no problems, however, I turned it off to do some cable management and when I turned it back on it was stuck on the Apple logo screen, the wheel spins but eventually stops. I tried to reinstall Mavericks again but it still has the same problem. I can only boot with safe mode and some flags.

Any ideas?!

My parts are:
Intel Core i5-4670k
Gigabyte GA-Z87-U3DH
Corsair Vengeance Memory
TP 4800 Wifi Adapter
Corsair CX500M
Samsung 120 EVO SSD

*Using onboard graphics for now.
