Stuck on apple logo no progress bar

i am trying to install catalina on my laptop which has:
-intel i5-6200U
-graphics hd 520
-4gb ram 1600mh

but when i try to start the installer i get this. I tried to look for old posts but nobody was for me.
Can anybody help me?
