Stuck in reboot loop updating OC to 0.6.4 from 0.6.3 Big Sur 11.01

Hi I have my system running on OC 0.6.3 just fine, but when I try to update to 0.6.4 I am getting stuck in an infinite reboot loop.

System:

• i7 8700k cpu (Coffee Lake)
• 48gb RAM
• Aorus Gaming 7 mobo (pretty sure it's a 370)
• Radeon 580 (Sapphire I think)
• Fenvi 919
• Big Sur 11.01

I've followed the Dortania guide pretty carefully I think and checked my config a few ways and everything seems to think the config is ok, but obviously something is wrong. My build is very similar to the Hackashaq golden build from a couple years ago.

The last bit it says in the screenshot just before it reboots is

Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResources</string><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ID="2">boot-uuid-media</string></dict>

I'm attaching my config.plist with the platform info stripped out

I'm experiencing similar issues but with the installation process.
