Stuck at: utun_ctl_connect

Hey everybody.

TL;DR:
Had old SSD (64GB)
Got new SSD (128GB)
tried cloning with Carbon Copy Cloner (and after cloning Multibeast Chimera install) -> didnt Boot -> utun_ctl_connect stuck
tried SuperDuper (and after cloning Multibeast Chimera install) -> did Boot, multiple Times
erased old SSD and gave to Dad who gave me the new SSD

Now suddenly:
Not Booting anymore
Last thing i did was installing "no eject delay" (from the guy who did KeyRemap4MacBookPro (or however it was called))
And then it did stop working -> again utun_ctl_connect: creating interface utun0

i was able to boot into -x mode but now i can't even do that anymore.
i did reinstall all my /Extra stuff, i tried -v -f -F GraphicsEnabler=Yes npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=0
i tried only -v
i was able to run single user mode
i did uninstall the eject delay stuff
i did repair my permissions
i did reset my bios and set the usual settings
i did make sure intel virtualisation whatever was disabled
i did set to AHCI, EHCI Handoff, Legacy Boot

Component:
Samsung SSD 830 Series 128GB
i7 3770K
Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H
Geforce GTX550 Ti

I dont know whats going on.
the setup booted just fine like 8times before and the old SSD did boot countless times before just fine
and now this.

any suggestions?

i used npci=x3000 to fix it
