Stuck at the logo before the installer

Hello,

Probably there is a lot of information about it. I've been searching for hours. I have tried different options in the Bios, but still the same problem.

My configuration is:


Asus Tuf Plus Gaming Z390 Wifi

Intel I9 9700

Shappire Radeon Pulse 580

Kingstone HyperFury X 2 x 16 gb

Later I will post the vers images I have and the different opitions in my BIOS

The Bios settings:

I downloaded the last version
Set all the settings in default
Change the settings as is described in the installion guide.
