Stuck at PCI (build xx-xx-xxxx xx:xx:xx) flags 0x

I'm upgrading Catalina to Big Sur by completely formatting the drive by using clean command on diskpart on Windows. I set up my USB installer on my iMac, and adding the bootloader. I then go ahead and boot my computer of my USB.
After picking the installer, it will show me this line.
I don't know what's been causing this issue, but I am sure that I have follow the exact same instruction on the config.plist, and this line appeared and stuck at that for almost 5 minutes. I don't really know what should I do. EFI folder at a later time because I am using mobile right now.

Do note that I am using OpenCore and it's a good bye to Clover. My opinions are that OC are much harder to configure than Clover, and it does require time and patience.
