(continued) trying to install Mojave on
MB: Asus ROG Strix Gaming Z390-E
CPU: i9-9900K
GPU: Asus ROG Strix Gaming RX580 T8G
Drive: Samsung 970 EVO SSD 500GB
Using Mojave UniBeast on 32GB USB-2 flash drive, tried all USB 2.0 ports on my board + USB 2.0 connected through sockets on board

I have checked the SSD has latest firmware installed. After removing partitions from the SSD (created by windows) I can no longer boot the installer.
I have applied the ACPI patch.

Current error:
stuck at
virtual IOReturn IONVMeController::CreateSubmissionQueue
see picture for details

I could not find help in other threads. I have seen some marked as solved, yet the solution did not work for me (I hope I have done all the correct steps - this is my first attempt and I am new to Clover and UniBeast).

Thanks for your help ioreturn.jpg

Bought (yet) another USB flash drive - tried a 16GB USB-2 one and now I can reach installer again.
Now the disk utility does not allow me to modify partitions on my M.2 drive I want to use to install MacOS.

After removing all the partitions that existed on that drive, installer continues. Will close this one.

hi did you solve the problem? I m facing the same error. please advise ne how you solve it. thanks
