Stuck at Apple Logo With a Progress Bar but no Progress (After Installation)

Hello,
I installed macOS High Sierra onto a external HD. After the install I went to boot from the external HD, and an Apple logo came up with a progress bar, but with no progress. I did it off of my ASUS Maximus VII Hero mobo, AMD 6xxx series Radeon GPU, and a Intel core i7 @4.00 GHZ. It sits there forever, and with no progress.

Boot your system in Verbose Mode and post a picture of your screen when it freezes/hangs.
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Verbose (-v)
