Strix z390-e mojave help

Hello trying to do fresh install on my strix z390-e

with intel i7 with 1tb nvme
16 gb ram

bios is set to default so most of everything is disabled

No overclock.
I have had Mojave’s on here before but can’t find. The files from when I don’t it last time.

the last line in your verbose output, have a search for it
 
Yea it in the first picture apfs_module_start:1393
 
Also I have a AMD Radeon Frontier Edittion installed
 
Not finding much with the same board or would that matter being a different board?

it has been asked countless times before
 
yea I have been searching for it. and I have been trying peoples others clover and still the same issues. I have even tried removing the nvme and still the same issue.
