Hello everyone,
I have a very strange problem since 10.12 Sierra installation that I noticed that its not included at Common (some unsolved) Problems in 10.12 Sierra ...

The text on the dock icons below:
Dock Icons.png
Dock Icons2.png

Its flashing while I move the cursor from one icon to another.
Any clues what it may be?

Also to mention the Im using alternative Nvidia 367.15.10.05f01 and Cuda 8.0.46 drivers.

Any clues what it may cause this issue?

Update:
Installed the update 10.12.1 and also the new nvidia driver and the problem still remains.
Probably its not caused from the nvidia drivers but from something else...

I just did a fresh installation of Sierra 10.12.2 and i figured out what was causing this problem.When I uncheck at Mission Control Panel "Displays have separate spaces", so I can use a different wallpaper in my dual monitor setup. I found out after a restart the text at the icons on the dock was flashing again.So I checked again the same box in Mission control panel and after a restart again I found out that the problem remains now! So I can't go reverse and solve it.By searching again again I came to a walkthrough that I have to do every time I start my hackintosh OS.If I log out and login again the problem with the icons is gone.But if I don't, the problem is there every time until I logout and relog.
Any suggestions guys what may that be?

P.S. Sorry for my very Bad English.

Having (inject intel) set to true in config causes Graphics glitches check you're config.

Hey, thank you for your help.
You mean the line that I have point, I need to change it to false?
I have already disable intel graphics from cpu via Bios settings.Only the GTX770 is shown at OS.

<key>ATI</key>

<key>Intel</key>
<true/>

Yes I just did it, saved the changes and made a restart but the text on the dock is flashing again.Only if I log out and relog the issue stops. :(
Very strange.. what it may be..?

Remove (inject intel) from config it is not needed.

Yes I just did so my config.plist after the changes looks that way:

</dict>
<key>Graphics</key>
<dict>
<key>Inject</key>
<dict>
<key>ATI</key>
<false/>
<key>NVidia</key>
<false/>
</dict>

After a restart the problem still remains... :(

P.S. The intel line was between ATI and Nvidia.
