Strange error during install

Hi guys
I have had sierra running on my current pc for a while however I tried recently to doa fresh install with 11.3
(i7 6700k, 16gb ram, XFX RX480 8Gb, Asus Rog Ranger VIII, 840 Pro Samsung SSD)

getting this strange error never had it before, maybe some one knows how to fix it.

verbose mode does nothing as its getting to the installer fine.

I have tried all the usb ports
Unplugged all extra pcie devices
Configured bios correctly

I have always been under the impression that if your able to boot to the installer and start installation then it meant everything was mostly correct.

When you got past the boot screen and into the usb installer menu, did you format the ssd as a GUID Partition Scheme instead of Master Boot Record (MBR) inside of disk utitity?

I have tried
journaled+guid
journaled+mbr
journaled+ apple

tried 3 different hard drives

im starting to suspect the usb key itself.. but i dont have access to a mac or hackintosh to make another image....
