Hi there,
I have a clean install of Sierra running using Clover. My machine is an Asus Z170 Pro Gaming with i6700 and GTX970. When I power off the machine and power on again, it goes to a blank display. I then ssh in and reboot the machine. Then I use the "nv_disable=1" keyword in Clover to get back into my machine. Once in, I run the Kext Utility (http://cvad-mac.narod.ru/) and then reboot and then everything is fine again. So what is Sierra doing to modify the system and cause it to black screen each time?
I am also using the latest Nvidia web drivers and am using the NvidiaWeb parameter in my config.plist.
Thanks,
loiphin.
