Strange audio problem - R channel blown? FIXED fw card for sale inside

Hi All,

I have a strange problem

all audio had been working fine until the other day i hot plugged my firewire and noticed shortly after one channel sounded really tinny and had digital noise like 8bit sound

I thought it was a popped monitor - they are fine - tested
Thought it was sound card - it is fine - tested
Replaced firewire card - not that same problem still occurring

any leads to what it could be beyond this

Strange MOTU 8pre audio problem - R channel blown? FIXED (fwcard for sale)

Fixed.... audio settings in motu audio setup - messed with a few things - changed samplerate to 48 back to 44.1 and bingo it kicked back in...

anyone who needs a firewire card for motu 8 pre message me its a star tech pex1394a2 2 port pci express 1394a i can't be assed with ebay so it will be kicking around...
