Strange ALC889

Hello,
Everything on my new install is working except sound.
Sometimes I've got sound, so I'm working on Premier Pro for exemple, and I don't know why, sometimes I do not have any sound. I Reboot --> Kernel Panic --> reboot in safe mode --> delete HDAEnabler889 --> everything is working and after the next boot, no sound, no sound card...

I don't understand... Have you got an idea?
I'm sorry for my English, I'm French.

My config:
MB: GA-z68x-UD5-B3 on F10 bios --> Sound card = Realtek ALC889
GC: MSI 1070 GTX
SSD Samsung 840 Pro
Intel cor i7 2600K
16Go RAM
Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4
