Storage Hard Drive Crash

So, i running OSX on a SSD and i have a storage drive HDD and a time machine HDD
My storage drive crashed....
what are the best steps to take after putting a new drive in to get things restored

I have 3 3TB hard drives in my build and they are crashing one by one. Now only one of the three is working and I have to boot multiple times to get my computer to work.

Every time I turn it on I get the following message (see screenshot), please help
