Stops 3/4 way through install

Hoping somebody can help please?
I am fairly new to this... my system:

GA-H67N-USB-B3
I3 intel
Not using a video card
2 monitors

I have a ML partition and a new Maverick partition on same drive (im not sure is this is my problem?)
I am able to start the install but is stops with a white screen about 3/4 of the way through and says it cannot be installed. I have double checked my Bios settings and all looks ok.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It was a bad usb flash load FYI

Now to figure out the Multibeast settings LOL
