Stopped Working / Won't Boot

I had my z77x-up5 th / i7-3550k up and running. I tried swapping the ssd and have had no luck. I tried same bios and my previous multibeast settings. No luck. I redid the bios as per some of the forum posts. I tried different multibeast options. It will boot when using the unibeast but when booting from drive I get an error message saying there's no drive. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advanced

I feel I've tried everything. A lot of posts said that VT-D disabled fixed it but my bios f11 doesn't have VT-D thank you
