Stop Sign Or No Entry sign on Apple logo

Hi guys I’m facing some issue.
This Build was in 2011 till today it start having problem. A lot of document and stuff are in it.
When I on my computer it stuck at the Apple logo and show no entry sign.
What should I do?

MOBO: Asus p8h67-v
GPU: Radeon HD5770
RAM: 12GB DDR3

why not boot verbose to see if you can see something obvious?

You need to have your hardware profile filled out as per rules (the ones you agreed to when signing up here)

I already key in ‘-v’ in boot
And when it’s done is says
‘Still waiting for root device’

Is it because of my bios problem?

It's not a Stop sign or a No Entry sign, it's what Apple refer to as the Prohibitory Symbol.

Use the forum Search tool to look for ‘Still waiting for root device’.
