Stop sign on boot dell m4800

Hi guys

I'm starting with the hackintosh on a dell m4800 and the first issue: stop sign on usb high sierra. I have a ssd on the main sata place. In bios I configured sata as ahci. I can't get the installation screen. I need help!!!

It is imposible. I can't to arrive to the install screen

unibeast is mainly for desktops, laptops require a little more work

I've arrive to the installation screen but the keyboard and mouse doesn't work (USB).
