Startup Time "Slower than Usual"

Hello,
Over the last few months, I have noticed that although I have not added any "large files" nor done any hardware changes, the startup time of my Hackintosh (2014 Build) has changed:

Power button press - to - POST: 10 seconds (originally 3)
POST - to - Desktop: 25 seconds (originally 10)

How can I find out what exactly is slowing the startup down?
Is there anything else I can do, other than:
- Removing Startup Items and Items in the StartupItems folder
- Repairing / Verifying Disk Permissions
- Deleting Large Files
- Disconnecting Unnecessary USB Devices

I've noticed that from POST to Clover takes 11 seconds! When did that start happening? My old Z77 would go from POST to Desktop (Win 8) in 8 seconds, my Z270 Hero takes forever....
